The Hotel is located 6 km away from Noto, and just 1.5 km separate it from the beautiful golden beaches of the natural Reserve of Vendicari. It is in a strategic position for a day trip to the beautiful cities of Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli in the South, and Siracusa , Catania up to Etna in the North. As very close to the Masseria are the coast towns of the extreme south of Europe, like the seaside village of Marzamemi up to the Isola delle Correnti.
Always with a daily trip you can do excursions in the Ilbeo hinterland up to the Necropolis of Pantalica, through Cava Grande del Cassibile, a Canyon with till 300 mt of depth, where a natural ponds and waterfalls will surround you. This reminds that in this part of Sicily you can see amazing and exciting scenery made of history, art, culture and nature.

THE “PALMENTO”
Breakfast is served in the old mill used for the olives and grapes squeezing out, where a careful restoration has combined the ancient and the modern style offering a pleasant combination of visual sensations. This area can be used in different ways like reading room, TV room and meeting room.
THE RESTAURANT
With its cosy and refined area and its beautiful veranda the restaurants offer an incredible view on the famous wildlife oasis of Vendicari. The kitchen is genuine and offers the typical Sicilian dishes, result of many ethnic influences, according to the season. The restaurant has a rich wine cellar of fine Sicilian wines.
THE POOL
In a green area there is a small but delightful swimming pool equipped with comfortable deck chairs and beach umbrellas, to be used from May to October, with a beautiful view on the Oasis of Vendicari. The pool has a bar area with dining space and a gazebo dedicated to relax and reading. During the evening the pool is enlightened with colourful games of dim light, under the starry sky.
THE RELAX AREA
In a half hidden corner of the hotel, close to the swimming pool, there is a wooden gazebo with comfortable sofas, ideal place for your summer reading, to write to your friends, or simply relax the mind.
THE GARDEN OF FRAGRANCES
Dedicated to the lovers of flavours and colours, the garden has been designed to propose a synthesis of some typical elements of the landscape and the local culture. An imaginative labyrinth of dry stone small walls encloses countless species of aromatic plants and flora that have always characterized the fragrance of the air and the flavoured dishes of the traditional cuisine.
THE PIAZZETTA OF SICILIAN EVENINGS
In the centre of the garden of herbs an Hague has been made with stone floor, barbecue and wood-burning oven for the evenings of the summer dedicated to Sicilian traditions of food, wine, music and dancing.

ARRIVAL: From 14:00 to 23:00
DEPARTURE: From 07:00 to 10:00
MINIMUM STAY: In August and during the annual holidays minimum stays provided.
CANCELLATION / ADVANCED PAYMENT: To confirm the reservation a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is necessary.
The penalty of cancellation of the reservation will be adjusted according to the following terms relating to the deposit paid:
- From 30 to 14 days before the day of arrival: The hotel will charge 30% of the deposit
- From 13 to 7 days before the day of arrival: The hotel will charge 50% of the deposit
- From 6 to 3 days before the day of arrival: The hotel will charge 75% of the deposit
For cancellation of the reservation within the last 2 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: The hotel will charge 100% penalty of the deposit.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS: Reduction for 3rd and 4th bed
Children under 2 years FREE! (using a cot/crib).
Children from 3 to 12 years 50% reduction of the rate (in an extra bed).
